Sunboost Solar has been in the game for around one year. They popped up around the same time Arise Solar did.
We have good reason to believe SunBoost Solar and Arise Solar are a newer brand of Euro solar.
Please understand that with SunBoost and Arise Solar – That while they are the cheapest quote you can find, they are cheap for a reason. This customer has now made contact with SunBoost to get them back to fix such a dangerous installation.
But do they have enough money to send out the install crew for the 2nd time in just 2 weeks? and who would even want one of their install crews to come back and rectify what they didn’t do correct the first time?
Euro solar well-known for being very dodgy in the solar industry. The fact that they went into liquidation around the same time that these two newcomers popped up is not a coincidence at all.
There have been reports of customers who have been emailing Sunburst solar and then had the same customer service wrap from SunBoost solar replied to their email with an arise solar signature. When the puzzled customer query to customer service representative about this the customer service representative then said,
“oh yes, I must make it clear that we are in fact the same company”
– This was said in an Indian accent.
So if you’ve been watching TV and seeing that SunBoost Solar have been doing a lot of advertising, you will also seen many arise solar TV ads as well. These guys addresses are the same as the old Euro solar addresses also. It’s quite unbelievable.
SunBoost Solar install quality
Many SunBoost customers are not happy.
As you can see below, these customers are furious with their solar installation. The solar is just not installed to a high standard. But this is very understandable for those of us in the industry, as SunBoost Solar tend not to pay the installers much money, and often have their cheapest and newest subcontractors installing solar with very little experience.
If you are paying the cheapest price for a 6 kW solar system installed on your roof you would then have to expect that it could quite possibly be the cheapest price paid firm installation from the solar company also.
Some customers have appeared to have gone lucky and are happy with the install quality.
We would suggest that Sunboost solar do have good installers as well is poorer installs as well.
Solar installation with these big national cheap companies is a lucky dip. You could get a great installer, or you could get their newest solar installer with no experience.
Just because you’re neighbour got installed by Sunboost solar the month earlier, had a fantastic installation experience, does not mean at all that you will get the exact same installer and same good-quality solar installation. There is definitely a good chance that that installer has moved on or is doing another job on that day, and you will be left and assigned to the next available solar installer for your job.
